MASK UPDATE – Depending on the attendees of the class masks can be required during workouts.  We schedule extra time between classes to fog bungees and harnesses with disinfectant as well as disinfect floors and surfaces.

B-Fit Fitness, LLC offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your whole body, cardio, or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you.
In this class, you will learn basic bungee techniques. We will practice progressions for each move and ramp it up a notch as you go. You will build muscle and proper movements to increase your skills! Each Insructor has their own unique routines with spins of dance, martial arts and more. Try them all to get a great workout and find your favorite.  This class will be sure to get your heart rate up and produce good sweat in just 30 minutes!.
Remember to bring your clean lace up gym shoes (no street shoes), water and a towel!
Please be on time (no entry if you are 3 minutes late). Once we begin the warm up, we will NOT take late arrivals and no refunds will be given.
Newcomers PLEASE arrive 15 minute early.

Different from our Bungee Workout class, HIIT Trampoline Fit focuses on essential movement and skills while maintaining a raised heart-rate for a maximum calorie-burn. HIIT Tramploine Class’s emphasis on reps and consistent movement while making for a great 30 minute cardio-endurance builder.

Remember to bring your tramp socks or bare feet, water and a towel!
