MASK UPDATE – Depending on the attendees of the class masks can be required during workouts.  We schedule extra time between classes to fog bungees and harnesses with disinfectant as well as disinfect floors and surfaces.

Hi, I'm Cari!

I am the Proud Owner of B-Fit Fitness and I’m so glad you’re here. When making the decision to open B-Fit, my vision for Eugene’s first (and only!) bungee fitness gym is that fitness can be fun and effective for everyone. Whether you are an athlete that needs a change of pace or, like me, you have some past injuries that prevent you from being able to do high-impact workouts- you’re going to find exactly what you need to get you up and going to be your best.

Registration is simple. You can utilize our online schedule and register through our website or download our Mindbody app for iPhone or Android. If you are new to B-Fit Bungee, please complete your online liability waiver during the registration process. There is a digital Health History Form on our website under “Forms.” 

B-Fit Bungee is a low impact, high-cardio exercise that utilizes the resistance of the bungee cord.
Participants must be in good health. If you are pregnant or gave birth recently (natural birth in the last 6 months or cesarean section in the last 12 months) should not participate in the workout.

Please consult the B-Fit team prior to signing-up if you have heart conditions, scoliosis, back injuries, knee injuries, or had recent surgeries.

  • General: 18 – 60 years old

  • Participants under 18 years old are required to be accompanied by an adult
  • Exceptions can be made after consultation with us

All of our classes are a great workout – Please make sure to come 15 minutes early to class, so that we can get you fitted for the equipment. and familiar with it as well.

Yes we do have a weight limit and measurement limits. For our clients’ safety and comfort, Minimum weight is 80 lbs.and Maximum weight limit for our facility is 290 lbs. ( We only have 1 spot for the Max weight per class) – PLEASE Call to have us add you to the class.
Please note the following Harness Sizes. Fit is approximately:
Small/Medium Harness Max Size: Waist: 42 inch Thigh opening: 28 inch 
Large Harness Max Size: Waist 50 inch, Thigh opening: 34 inch (5 per class)
X Large – XX Large = Waist 60 inch, Thigh opening: 40 inch (only 1 available per class – PLEASE CALL)
All harnesses are Unisex –
S/M size fits most women up to US Pants size 10.
The L size fits most Women up to US Pants Size 16.
X-XXL size fits most women sizes up to 4x
***Always measure to check as everybody is unique!
If you do not meet these requirements you will not be able to participate in class. The weight limit is determined by the structural engineering specifications, architects, and insurance.

Yes! We have 12 parking spaces behind the building. They are labeled for B-Fit. PLEASE do not park in non- labeled spots or Taco Bell as you will be at risk of getting your vehicle towed.

You should arrive at least 10 minutes before class. If you are more than 3 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in the class. For your safety, you must do a proper warm-up to participate in our classes.

Be here 15 minutes early to be fitted and weighed, then we will begin with getting you comfortable with the “feeling”of being hooked up to the equipment. During the first portion of class, you’ll learn and practice bungee safety and basic bungee movements, and warm-up. After that we will rev it up a notch for your workout, then a cool down to bring your heart rate down. Approximately 30 minute class total. After ward we allow for some “fun”. 

The harness takes some people a little to get used to. You may experience some “pinch points”. Just like other group fitness classes (spin or such) it takes time to get used to the equipment. You body will adjust after a few regular visits.

 We encourage you to keep trying; the more you practice, the more you’ll enjoy B-Fit Bungee Classes!”

Jewelry: You should remove all jewelry, especially belly ring before class. Necklaces, bracelets and larger earrings can get caught by the bungee gear.

Clothing: Wear comfortable and fitted clothing. Leggings, running tights, tank tops and t-shirts are great options. Avoid baggy clothing, as it may get caught by the bungee gear. Also, wear a top that covers your midriff, and seamless and soft underwear (no laces) to prevent chafing.

Shoes: Wear clean, athletic shoes with non-marking soles. It is important to wear snug shoes that give you a good grip to participate in bungee class safely. PLEASE DO NOT BRING OUTSIDE SHOES ONTO THE MAT.
